Account Management Rules

The following rules apply to all registered fe33 accounts. Violations may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure.

  Account SecurityPlayers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. fe33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to adequately protect their login details. Players must not share account access with any third party.

  Account Verification (KYC)fe33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have their withdrawal requests held until verification is complete. fe33 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the required identity checks.

  Account DormancyAn account that has received no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months is classified as dormant. fe33 will contact the registered mobile number associated with a dormant account before applying any dormancy policy. Players with dormant accounts should contact fe33 support to reactivate access.

  Account Closure on RequestPlayers may request permanent closure of their fe33 account at any time by contacting support via the email address listed on this site. Upon closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC clearance. Accounts closed under self-exclusion are subject to the terms of the responsible gaming policy.

  Suspicious Activityfe33 employs automated and manual monitoring to identify unusual account activity including irregular betting patterns, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and attempts to manipulate game outcomes. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation. fe33's determination on such matters is final.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional rewards issued by fe33 are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time of issue.

  Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. fe33 does not permit withdrawal of bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirement.

  One Bonus Per PlayerWelcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, once per household, and once per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account suspension.

  Bonus ExpiryAll bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

  fe33 Discretion on Bonusesfe33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or modify any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated wagering activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Decisions made by fe33 in relation to bonus disputes are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fe33. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

  Fraud and Money LaunderingUsing fe33 for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, attempting to launder money through gaming activity, or making chargebacks on deposits while retaining associated winnings, is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

  Bonus AbuseSystematically exploiting bonus offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent is prohibited. fe33 monitors wagering patterns across all accounts and will act against players identified as engaging in bonus abuse.

  Collusion and CheatingAny attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or interfere with the normal operation of any game on fe33 is prohibited. Players found to have engaged in collusion or cheating will have their accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

  Abusive BehaviourAbusive, threatening or harassing communications directed at fe33 support staff or other platform users are prohibited. fe33 reserves the right to suspend accounts and terminate access for any player who engages in abusive behaviour toward the platform or its staff.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fe33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond fe33's reasonable control. fe33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

fe33 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from third-party interference. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. fe33 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps have been taken to minimise disruption and notify affected players.
